Privacy Policy – IAMRICHER

IAMRICHER is a symbolic digital service.

We collect only the minimum data required to provide authentication and public display features, when explicitly authorized by the user. This may include:

• Name
• Profile picture
• Email address
• Public text and image voluntarily submitted by the user
• Country (derived from IP for optional public display)

This data is used solely to:

• Authenticate users via social login
• Display the current and recent “Richer” titles publicly, as chosen by the user

We also derive and store your country from your IP address only for the optional public country display. We do not store your IP address.

Third parties we use:

• Stripe (payments)
• Google, Microsoft, Facebook (login providers)
• ipapi.co (country lookup from IP)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)
• SightEngine (automated content moderation)
• Vercel Blob (image storage)

Legal basis: we process data to provide the service and authenticate users (legitimate interest/contract), and to display content you choose to publish.

Retention: we keep account data while your account exists. You may request deletion at any time. Public history may be cleared after inactivity.

IAMRICHER does not sell, share, or rent personal data to third parties.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. IAMRICHER does not store credit card information.

Users may remove their displayed content at any time using the website.

All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of request.

If there is no activity for 14 consecutive days, the system resets and all public history is cleared.

Public data is temporary.

Images and public text are deleted after inactivity resets.

User accounts older than 3 months may be deleted automatically.

Financial data and consents are retained to meet legal obligations.

Technical logs are retained for security and abuse prevention, with limited retention.

Cookies

IAMRICHER uses only essential cookies required for authentication and security. These cookies are set by the authentication provider (NextAuth) to keep you signed in and protect the login flow from abuse. They do not track you for advertising purposes.

• Temporary OAuth flow cookies (state/nonce/PKCE)

If you disable cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use features that require authentication.
